I am a senior specialist in Systemic Change Management and Transformative Leadership for the SDGs, a Trainer and Counselor, and a former journalist.
My professional experience is made up of 20 years spent in the design and management of change projects, (in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs), strategic action plans and training.
I work for UN agencies, EU institutions, workers’ and employers’ organizations, associations and NGOs, universities, public entities, companies, and professionals, worldwide.
The overall objective of my job is to support and enable my clients to successfully achieve their desired change objectives and/or perform as change actors and leaders in a specific target professional, social, economic or political environment.
To this end, I have designed and implemented numerous programmes and have had the privilege of training thousands of people.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and organizations in their journey to meaningful and impactful changes.
