Name  Analysis of the current motive factors and constraints that influence women to apply (or not to apply) for leadership positions inside an European institution (that wishes to remain anonymous on the bases of its own internal policies), and development of change strategies and suggestions to strengthen gender equality in high level posts
Target group Managers of the target organization.
My role Senior expert in systemic change management for gender equality.
The key problem The smaller number of female applications, compared to male applicants, for managerial positions within the organization.
The key need  Detect the real (limiting and motive) factors that affect women’s application for leadership positions inside the organization. 
Results A research containing as follows:

  • The list and analysis of the main key obstacles and encouraging factors that influence women’s decision to apply or not for leadership positions.
  • A collection of recommendations to increase female applicants and enable women managers to perform at their real best as managers.
